This brand new (June 2013) apartment is in the new "River" condominium by the Chaophraya river and opposite the famous Shangri-la Hotel. This is Bangkok's newest & premier riverside address - "The River".

A returnable security deposit is required of Bt10,000/GBP200 and will be refunded to your bank account (or Paypal account) within a maximun of 10 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
The apartment is managed by Diamond and Paul who will arrange the keys for you, answer any queries that you may have and make sure you are feeling comfortable. Fresh bedding will be provided once a week, and a once weekly maid service is provided in the rental price, a daily service can be arranged at an extra cost (around 500Baht a day for an hours cleaning).
