The apartment is tastefully decorated in Thai style and the condominium building has a fantastic infinity pool complex. It is situated on the 26th floor with a majestic view over the river and Bangkok city. This quality apartment has the location, position, the comfort, style and that view!
The loft style apartment has the bedroom by the floor to ceiling windows, however this can be partitioned off from the rest of the apartment using the elegant sliding doors and louvre shutters.

The apartment has broadband internet access, a TV system with Blue Ray DVD player in the living area and plenty of DVD's. The TV has Thai channels and limited free satellite channels - Rai Int, DW-tv german, BBC World, Australia, Bloomberg, NHK Japan, MTV, Newsasia, China, TV5 Monde, Australia Network, amongst others. There is also a TV in the bedroom.
The apartment is designed to sleep two, but for a family of four can also sleep another two using the comfy sofa bed in the living room. Please note that their is one bathroom which is en suite, so the third/forth person would have to go through the bedroom to reach the bathroom.
The electricity use is included in the apartment rental price, please use the air conditioning sparingly with the windows closed in respect for the environment and always switch it off when you are leaving the apartment.
The Building - Baan Sathorn Chaophraya
The complex has a large beautiful infinity pool with two jacuzzi areas, Sauna, Steam room, Steam room, steam room, library/business centre, gym, laundry, impressive entrance and reception with 24 hour porterage and security.
The building is a fire safe environment, the apartments are fitted with sprinklers, there are fire control systems in the corridors and modern safe evacuation ways. All our apartments are located near an emergency exit
A returnable security deposit is required of Bt8,000/GBP200 and will be refunded to your bank account (or Paypal account) within a maximun of 10 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
The apartment is managed by Diamond and Jonathan who will arrange the keys for you, answer any queries that you may have and make sure you are feeling comfortable. Fresh bedding will be provided once a week, and a once weekly maid service is provided in the rental price, a daily service can be arranged at an extra cost (around 500Baht a day for an hours cleaning).
