This unique apartment on the 23rd floor is a spacious 75 square metres with stunning views overlooking both the Chaophraya river and an infinity-edged pool. The apartment has recently been innovatively refurbished to create a one/two bedroom apartment that is ideal either for a couple looking for spacious accommodation, or for a cost-conscious family with up to two children.
The apartment can be quickly reconfigured to meet your needs. A wide sliding door allows you to create either one supersized bedroom, or two good-sized smaller ones. A full size king bed is provided in the main bedroom, which enjoys en-suite access to the bathroom. The second bedroom is designed for kids, where the day bed can sleep two smaller children (up to the ages of four) or one larger child (up to the age of ten).
Another sliding door then connects the second bedroom to the large living area. In this configuration the day bed provides a wonderful place to relax and read a novel while enjoying a six window ceiling-to-floor vista over the Bangkok skyline. The living room also includes a comfortable sofa bed where a further two adults, or more likely teenagers, can sleep.
The apartment is suitable for a maximum of three adults, or two adults with up to two children. While the flexible arrangements at this apartment could potentially allow it to sleep up to four adults and two small children, this is not recommended. The Riverside Bangkok instead will guide groups of this size to the full two bedroom apartments within its portfolio.

The apartment is designed to take advantage of the view and exploit the light thrown in through the ceiling-to-floor windows. The white tile floors provide a cooling touch to the tropical weather. The apartment is 75 square metres, can be configured with one large bedroom (or two smaller ones), rain shower bathroom and tub, kitchen with island cooker and breakfast bar, and living room area.
The apartment has broadband internet access, a TV system with DVD and Blu-Ray player and plenty of DVD's. The TV has Thai channels and limited free satellite channels - Rai Int, DW-tv german, BBC World, Australia, Bloomberg, NHK Japan, MTV, Newsasia, China, TV5 Monde, Australia Network, amongst others.
The electricity use is included in the apartment rental price, please use the air conditioning sparingly with the windows closed in respect for the environment and always switch it off when you are leaving the apartment.
The Building - Baan Sathorn Chaophraya
The complex has a large beautiful infinity pool with two jacuzzi areas, Sauna, Steam room, Steam room, steam room, library/business centre, gym, laundry, impressive entrance and reception with 24 hour porterage and security.
The building is a fire safe environment, the apartments are fitted with sprinklers, there are fire control systems in the corridors and modern safe evacuation ways. All our apartments are located near an emergency exit
A returnable security deposit is required of Bt10,000/GBP200 and will be refunded to your bank account (or Paypal account) within a maximun of 10 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
The apartment is managed by Tiger who will arrange the keys for you, answer any queries that you may have and make sure you are feeling comfortable. Fresh bedding will be provided once a week, and a once weekly maid service is provided in the rental price, a daily service can be arranged at an extra cost (around 500Baht a day for an hours cleaning).
